Instructions for Paying Fees Online in Banner Web
All grades that have been received from instuctors will be posted on the web within one week after the last day of each quarter.
Note: A grade of "NR" means that the grade has not yet been submitted by your instructor. Please contact your instructor directly if your grade has not been reported.
To Pay Fees Online:
- Open your internet browser (Netscape, Internet Explorer, etc.)
- Go to www.coosavalleytech.edu
- Click on the Banner Web link at the top of the page
- Click on “Enter Banner Web”
- Enter your social security number as your User ID
- Enter your PIN number which is your birth date (unless you’ve changed it) in mmddyy format. Example 092582.
- Click on “Login”
- You may be asked to enter a security question and answer for verification purposes in the event you ever forget your PIN. If this is the case enter the information and click on “Submit”
- Read the Terms of Usage page and if you agree to our terms click on “Continue”. This page will appear only once per quarter.
- Click on the “Student Services & Financial Aid” link in the middle of the page.
- Click on “Registration”
- Click on “Pay Online”
- Select the term for which you wish to pay in the drop down box
- Follow directions on the page
- To logoff go to the top of the page and click “Exit” and then “Return to Homepage”
- Close your web browser
